Who we are
We are a very diverse team of professionals with multi-disciplinary professional background but with one common passion of raising a new generation of Student leaders that is committed to the core values of their institution and intrinsically-driven to out-perform expectations in their leadership of the Student body that were appointed/elected to serve. We possess a combined international experience of about 19 years in Student leadership and engagement. The broad geographic scope of our expertise (including U.S, U.K, Europe and Africa) is a distinguishing feature that has strengthened the depth and richness of our curriculum in training Students and Student Affairs professionals.

Who can participate
SLEDT will enlist broad participation of Student leaders from all categories of tertiary institution
in Nigeria. To participate in the contest phase, Contestants must be the recognized leader of the
Student body at respective institution, with recommendation from the institution’s Dean of Student
Affairs. Each team will comprise of the Student union leader (President) and any other 2 leaders
from the executive in which at least a female must be included, legislative or judicial arm of the
Student Union.
